All deliveries are made using Australia Post and will be delivered between Monday and Friday only. The average delivery times are:

If you authorise Australia Post to leave your delivery, you accept the risk of theft or loss of the product from the time it is delivered. We will not replace or refund orders that are stolen or lost once the item has been delivered.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind after purchasing once we have dispatched your order. However, you may cancel your order before we dispatch your order. Your order is deemed cancelled once you receive a confirmation email from us.
